At the beginning of the summer, from 31 May to 2 June, the team from Point Blank Mumbai headed to Palm Expo 2018, India’s premier sound, lighting and events showcase, to represent the school and show what we’re all about. We also sponsored the prestigious Palm DJ Championship, along with other huge brands like Pioneer DJ, Akai, Roland and Reloop. The DJ Championship is one of the biggest draws of the expo, with DJs from all over the region eager to show off their skills.

Point Blank Mumbai was launched last year in association with The True School of Music. After the successful launch of our inaugural DJ/Entrepreneur course, we have tweaked what we offer to accommodate all ages and to suit whatever depth you wish to delve into the craft of DJing. Our flagship DJ course offers a complete, three-month experience that teaches DJing from the ground up, as well as how to market yourself and, ultimately, play at major clubs and festivals. It includes a free copy of Native Instruments Komplete 10 plus Pioneer DJ’s Rekordbox when you enrol, worth a total of 66,000 Rupees! The DJ Pro course for Juniors also runs for three months, doubling down on DJ skills so you can learn all the tricks you need to mix like a pro.
We also offer shorter courses for those who want to try DJing for the first time. Take classes at the weekend or in the evening over a month to get your teeth into it.
