Recording Studio in Hackney Looking for an House Engineer/Manager
A professional recording studio in east London are looking to hire a house engineer/manager to help with the running of the space and have approached Point Blank to put a call out to graduates.
The job would involve running the diary for the studio as well as being the house engineer. The studio belongs to Dan Gillespie Sells of the band The Feeling and has a vintage 60 channel Neve board and an extensive collection of Neumans and other mics, plus all the instruments you would expect a working studio to have including Grand Piano, Hammond, vintage amps and guitars. They run Pro Tools as well as Logic.
The successful applicant would also be welcome to use the studio as mush as they like in the down time. What’s more, they would be happy to spend some time training someone if they show potential.
