Student Opportunities: Internships at The NoiseHouse and Axtone + more

The NoiseHouse are looking for an Intern

Radio and audio production company The NoiseHouse are looking for an Intern at their London offices. The internship is paid and will last for 3 months, with the possible extension of another 3 months. The role would be assisting as a Radio Show Producer / Syndication Assistant, some of the criteria you would need to fill include:

  • A sound understanding of production software e.g Ableton Live,
  • An understanding of how to use Mixed In Key,
  • Strong organisational skills,
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office,
  • Electronic music industry knowledge and an interest in DJs,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Radio production knowledge is preferred but not essential.

Axtone Records are looking for an Intern.

Axtone Records are looking for an intern 2/3 days a week for 3 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for some hands-on, practical experience in the music industry at a record label. As a party to all conversations in the office, applicants can expect to learn a lot from the environment they will be in. Responsibilities would include:

  • A&R for the label and publishing, including listening to demos & finding new producers and singers Axtone could potentially work with,
  • Reports on releases and tracking artist achievements,
  • Spotify playlist curation,
  • Documenting release metadata for the label,
  • Asset creation such as videos for the YouTube and basic Photoshop work.

The True School Of Music in Mumbai is looking for music production and film scoring teachers
