Creative Artists Agency is the world’s leading entertainment agency with a global roster of clients across music, film and TV. They are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join them in the Music Touring department. Key tasks and responsibilities
Inputting and maintaining all schedules with high attention to detail
Answering phones and diary management for agent
Coordinating meetings and updating schedules for artists
Organising Visa’s for artists for the UK and worldwide where needed
Producing contracts for shows booked
Keeping account of all the money in for shows and chasing deposits/payments when needed
Collating ticket sales information and passing onto the relevant parties
Supervise tour artwork and announcements
Developing relations with managers/artists/venues/promoters
Making travel arrangements
Covering reception when required
Qualifications:
General understanding of the music industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise a busy workload
Previous Assistant experience is desirable
Impeccable attention to detail
