The latest Point Blank Recommends has landed, and with it, a box-fresh batch of essential tracks traversing the spectrum of electronic music. If you’re after new music recommendations hurry up and refresh your listening habits with our latest Soundcloud playlist, below.
Taking the temperature of where music’s at in May 2016 – with the odd recent classic thrown in – the 29th instalment of Point Blank Recommends comes correct with material from the likes of bassline house ambassador DJ Q (who raids the nostalgia reserves with his Sonic the Hedgehog referencing cut), Janus-affiliate Kablam and Hamburg minimalist Stimming. Elsewhere, D’n’B fans are catered for with the aptly titled The Colossus by John B on Metalheadz, and you’ll also notice a little something from PB alumni Monki in the shape of a track from her latest Monki & Friends EP. From the beautiful to the frankly very, very weird, PBR #029 has you covered.
