You’ll find the same high-quality studios you’d expect from Point Blank’s various campuses around the world but now with an added layer of music industry glamour and spice – the ideal place to meet people, study your degree or take a shorter course.
Music Production & Sound Engineering Studios
Here in London, we’ve incorporated new, industry-standard facilities including two immersive Dolby Atmos spatial audio studios. Fitted with a 7.1.4 system, our two SSLs – a Duality Delta 48 Channel and an Origin desk will not disappoint. They are undoubtedly outstanding spaces featuring equipment that’s only enjoyed by industry professionals in high-end recording studios.
DJ Studios
Right next door, we have the fully spec’d Alpha Theta/Pioneer DJ studio, kitted out with the very best DJ decks such as the OPUS-QUAD and DJM-A9. So, what’s stopping you? You can be one of the first to dive into this brand-new gear, straight out of the box! It’s an exciting way to learn, hone and elevate your music skills.
The Hub
The creative focal point of the School is the Hub, where students meet with their fellow peers and future stars. It features a stage for a range of performances including gigs, student showcases and masterclasses and comes fully equipped with a bar, ensuring endless opportunities for collaboration and relaxation. Whether you’re plotting out a project, performing your next big hit, or just unwinding after a productive day, the Hub has it all.
And we haven’t stopped there: the new Penn Street campus is a whole high-tech world in itself, brimming with studios and practice spaces, designed to inspire your creativity to new levels. There are thirteen new studio spaces including six Music Production studios, each equipped with state-of-the-art tools. In addition to these, there are two recording studios complemented by acoustically primed live areas for band recording featuring top-of-the-range backline, plus two large music business study rooms.
Private Spaces
There are plenty of private and quiet spaces available. We have project studios connected to four live rooms, breakout areas and a library filled with specially curated digital reference materials and books to help you with your academic studies.
Available for bookings seven days a week, Point Blank’s new building is perfect for writing, recording, mixing, singing, DJing, coding and importantly, working together to create magic.
