At Point Blank, we offer a wide range of comprehensive music courses around including our BA (Hons) Music Production & Sound Engineering Degree. The degree covers everything from production, engineering and sound design to composition and music business. Our students get to work in our state of the art studios with top of the range gear – like our Pioneer-sponsored DJ Studio and 48 Channel SSL Mixing console. If you’d like to see some of the equipment and facilities at Point Blank and find out more about our Higher Education programmes validated by Middlesex University, we will be holding an open day on Thursday 21st September from 1.30pm.
If you’re thinking of enrolling for January term, this free Open Day is the perfect opportunity to visit our campus and experience what it is like to be a student at Point Blank. You’ll be able to meet the instructors and staff whilst checking out our state-of-the-art facilities and campus. The day will include free exciting interactive workshop sessions led by Point Blank instructors, and our admissions staff will be on hand to answer any questions you have regarding your course. The Open Day will start at 1.30pm, with staff on hand to meet and greet you as you arrive. Then at 2.00pm, our admissions staff will begin a half-hour introductory seminar, presenting an overview of Point Blank and our Higher Education courses before leading a tour of our facilities. At 3.00pm free workshops will begin, with Point Blank instructors holding interactive seminars and exhibiting some of the course curricula, then to wrap up we will be holding a Q&A session where you can raise any issues not covered throughout the day.
