This week, German DJ/Producer and Point Blank student Philipp Claus spins us through an hour of solid, bass-driven tech-house bangers. Experimenting with mixing since he was just 5 years old and performing his first set in Ibiza at age 12, Philipp Claus lives and breathes electronic music. You can catch him DJing at his hometown, Essen, and in Ibiza, the island being a huge inspiration for him and being a ‘place for him to share the music he loves with people who appreciate it’. In 2016 he played at the biggest boat party in Ibiza, ‘Ocean Beach’.
Now, Philipp focuses more on producing Tech-House. Wanting to get away from more mainstream sounds, he enrolled at Point Blank on our International Music Production & Sound Engineering Diploma to better his production skills. Philipp is featured on the single HEYY by DJ D.M.H, which you can find on Spotify.
