If you’re looking to make your mark on the music industry and have your sample pack released internationally, ADAM Audio have teamed up with Drumdrops and Miloco Sounds to offer Point Blank students this exciting opportunity, via an exclusive Sample Pack Competition.
ADAM Audio‘s sample pack competition has some huge prizes up for grabs, including the opportunity to have your own sample pack released, with lifetime royalty payments, a pair of ADAM Audio’s T8V Nearfield Monitors, or a pair of their SP-5 headphones. Find out more about the competition below.
PRIZES
First Place:
The winner will have their sample pack released internationally, with lifetime royalty payments every time their pack is sold.
Second Place:
The runner-up will receive a pair of T8V Nearfield Monitors from Adam Audio.
Third Place:
The student in third place will receive a pair of SP-5 headphones from Adam Audio.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Follow the submission guidelines below carefully to submit your work. Use the list below, and watch the video to make sure you are in the running for the prize.
1. All samples must be recorded to a professional level
No background noise, distortion, etc.
2. Aim for 300 samples per pack, under 1GB total
This can be a mixture of loops and hits.
3. Must be delivered at 1bit and 44.1Khz
Ensure the samples are in Stereo.
4. Samples should be labelled in the following format: Instrument, Tempo, Key and Mood
e.g. 01 Piano 100BPM A#m Electric Melodic.wav
5. Do not include any brand names, manufacturers or other registered trademarks
e.g. Fender, Rhodes, Roland, etc.
6. Content must be 100% original, copyright free and not previously licensed
You will have until Sunday 7th March to submit your sample pack.
