If you’re considering studying Singing at Point Blank London, put this date in your diary. On Saturday 5th March at 10am at our brand new second London school, you can attend our regular auditions with Point Blank’s Singing instructor Phil Ramocon (Bob Marley, Neneh Cherry). To sign up, just RVSP on the Eventbrite page and your place will be reserved.
On the day, you will be able to either sing acapella, over a backing track you bring in (an MP3 on your phone or a CD is fine) or you’ll be able to choose from a list of songs that Phil Ramocon will accompany you on if you would like piano accompaniment (see the full list of available song choices below). Otherwise, you can choose any backing track from YouTube which we will be able to stream in the audition for you to sing over.
Attending this event will give you the opportunity to work out what is the best plan of action when it comes to taking your singing career to the next level.

Phil Ramocon (Jamelia, Bob Marley, Neneh Cherry)
Phil Ramocon is an Ivor Novello award and a Grammy award winning singer songwriter who’s performed with everyone from Jamelia to reggae legends Bob Marley and Jimmy Cliff. He co-wrote ‘Buffalo Stance’ with Neneh Cherry for which he won an Ivor Novello award and a Grammy. ‘Buffalo Stance’ has also recently been featured in Grand Theft Auto. Phil does remix and production work and is a hugely experienced instructor, ready to teach you all the skills you need to become an accomplished singer and songwriter.
