“Inhale Exhale” exemplifies what Skrillex is best known for. Mixing both wit and sincerity she sings “When I say hi, do you get tired of it?” on the song’s hook. If you’re looking for an icebreaker to send to your crush, this is it.

3) Oscar Winning Tears – RAYE

After recently parting ways with a major label, RAYE’s independently released album ‘My 21st Century Blues,’ showcases her most honest and powerful material so far. ‘Oscar Winning Tears’ is, as the title would suggest, a grandiose-sounding recount of a messy breakup. This one is sure to pull at your heartstrings.

4) Integration – Fred Everything Dub – Milton Jackson, Ski Oakenfull

Despite never having met in person, the pair’s latest offering is a 4-track EP called Integration. The title track is a modernized cover of the cult classic Library Music song by Trevor Bastow, with keys by Point Blank’s very own head of Education & Curriculum, Ski Oakenfull. With a stunning mixdown by Fred Everything, this track will leave you eager to hit the dance floor.

5) Shook – Fyfe Dangerfield

Written and produced by Fyfe Dangerfield, former frontman of the band Guillemots “Shook” is a poignant song about mental health during lockdown. Through his emotive vocals and whirling production, Fyfe captures feelings of anxiety and uncertainty that many people experienced throughout the pandemic. Coming in at just under 9 minutes, this one is sure to take on a journey.
