This year Point Blank will be returning to Ibiza for the legendary IMS Ibiza to check out the torrent of events, parties, live seminars, debates and more. Once again, we will be involved as an educational partner within the event programming and can confirm that we will be joined by UK production and DJ outfit Prospa for an exclusive masterclass. Electronic Duo Prospa
Prospa are an English electronic music duo who are taking the world by storm with their ’80s-infused disco anthems. The pair have received continued support from the likes of BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, Mixmag, DJ Mag, Annie Mac and others and performed at events such as Parklife, Field Day, Lovebox, Snowbombing and more. During IMS, Prospa will join Point Blank for an exclusive Track Breakdown of their nostalgia-drenched song, ‘Ecstasy (Over & Over)’.
IMS College powered by Beatport, Microsoft Surface and Point Blank Music School will offer a complete schedule of artist-led workshops and DJ and production masterclasses. In between the on-stage sessions, delegates will be able to drop in for one-on-one production feedback sessions, career coaching and product demonstrations.
In addition to hosting this exclusive masterclass with Prospa, Point Blank will also be supplying a number of guest speakers to the event, including Andres Bretel (Point Blank Music School Ibiza Lecturer / Ibiza Blau Music School), Anna Lakatos (Point Blank Music School; Producer, Audio Engineer & Educator), Blanka Nova (Point Blank Music School Ibiza / Ibiza Blau Music School; Director of Studies), DJ Ravine (Point Blank Music School; Marketing Manager & Twitch DJ) and Thomas Irwin (Point Blank Music School; DJ/Producer).
