Among our notable alumni is Patrick Topping, who was recently named Best British DJ by DJ Mag. Known for his captivating performances filled with head-nodding tunes, Patrick is a testament to the exceptional talent nurtured at Point Blank. In his own words, he found our courses “mint, like!”. Additionally, we have Aluna Francis, who forms half of the British synth-pop duo AlunaGeorge. Aluna is globally recognized for her collaboration with the chart-topping British duo Disclosure, which produced the hit single “White Noise”.
Another standout alumnus is Florentia Stassi, a prolific DJ known for her unique sound and dynamic performances. Florentia’s success can be attributed in part to her extensive education on our music production and sound engineering degree course. At Point Blank, she gained expertise in various areas, including Creative Production & Remix, Production Analysis, Composition for Film & TV, and Advanced Mixing and Mastering. With her well-rounded education and passion for music, Florentia won the inaugural elrow Up & Coming competition and is now their resident DJ, touring globally for the prestigious festival brand.
