If you frequent the Point Blank blog or YouTube channel, you may be familiar with our Point Blank Studio Sessions, which showcase the exquisite talent on offer at our London school. Now, we’re back with a brand new series of the student-lead project. Each week, we will unveil a new performance from the session – shining a spotlight on the talented individuals involved. If you think you’ve got what it takes to appear in our next episode, the opportunity is available to PB Students on a number of different courses.
TINT
Stepping up to Point Blank Studio Sessions this week we have the alternative hip-hop three-piece TINT. TINT’s combination of smooth flows from Tendayi, elegant orchestral elements from Miranda and slick bass guitar from Bryan coupled with the mellow backing track they produced at Point Blank prove for an infectious result. TINT pride themselves in exploring different sounds and textures to create a new listening experience both in a live and home setting. The trio was formed during 2019 and has since gone on to play at various venues around London including, Concrete Space Shoreditch, the legendary Troubadour London, Hatch Homerton and more. This instalment of Point Blank Studio Sessions was filmed in Studio 1 and the Hub at our Orsman Rd facilities, presented by our very own Radio student alumni Sadiece Holland and Henry Liston.
